We had our first meltdown today.
This morning, I woke up to the kids at the school table already starting without me! They had completed Calendar Time, played The Months are Fun game, and started on math. This is what I witnessed at 7:30 am:
Guys, this recipe was a smashing success. We woke up a little worried that we didn’t have enough ingredients on hand for a great breakfast, but we made do with what we had and knocked it out of the park. Couldn’t have been simpler, either.

Squeezing vegetables into our kids’ diet can sometimes be a challenge. Fortunately, it’s a problem easily solved by a blender, apples, spinach, and a cheesecloth.
