Guys, this recipe was a smashing success. We woke up a little worried that we didn’t have enough ingredients on hand for a great breakfast, but we made do with what we had and knocked it out of the park. Couldn’t have been simpler, either.
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- Sweetener (your choice: sugar, honey, and/or maple syrup)
- whole wheat toast
Mix the ingredients together (kitchen-aid works best, but hand mixers work too!), spread over toast, cut three ways, and serve. Most likely, you’ll have left-over cream cheese, which means a snack for later. For a more savory option, check out our Vegetable Cream Cheese Recipe!
