Guys, this recipe was a smashing success. We woke up a little worried that we didn’t have enough ingredients on hand for a great breakfast, but we made do with what we had and knocked it out of the park. Couldn’t have been simpler, either.
“In-between meal snacks” are a great way to stave off hunger meltdowns, and when it comes to snacks, we love our smoothies. While the sky’s the limit when it comes to flavors, it helps to have a starting base. Ours is simple:

I had to think of a snack for the kids in a pinch, and I just so happened to have Nutella, peanut butter, and graham crackers on hand. Boom! Gourmet peanut butter cups! All three kids loved them, which is a win in my book 🙂
